When will my order arrive?
Pallet orders are shipped with an LTL carrier, so transit time is 5-10 business days for large parcel. 

How much will shipping cost?
We do not charge anything additional for shipping cost. Taxes will be shown in your cart at the time of checkout. 

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse, located in Westminster, MD. Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com to arrange pickup. The order must be placed online and we will refund any shipping costs once the order has been picked up.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be returned in its original form. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item minus the shipping costs. For more, see our full return policy.

Pallet orders must be returned in full to qualify for refund.

CANCELLATIONS

What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP at info@sfpusa.com or 410-848-1834 to cancel your order.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges for orders that are cancelled after they have shipped.

Missing Item
Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com.

Damaged or defective item
Please contact us as info@sfpusa.com. We gladly can send a replacement as all damages and defects are covered under warranty. We request photos on damages. The item does not need to be returned to us.

Incorrect item
Please contact us at info@sfpusa.com. We will gladly send the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
